Plot

He is already adult, but he has no future. He is bully who works in loan shark and is very infamous.
He lives with his brother, and sometimes his nephew take his money. But he fells in love with someone who borrow money.

First, he was be going to take her kidney for making money, but after he fall in love with her, he becomes changing. One day, when he threatened clerk, he passed out. He knew then that he has brian tumor.
He doesn't have many time to live......

About basic plot. First when i saw this plot before i watched this, i think it was too cliche. First of all, the name ' when a man loves woman'. It used so many things in movies, music, drama.....And movie plot was worse. man who are gonna die loves someone so much. But after i saw this, i knew my thought was totally wrong. It is too cliche, but in this movie, there is no cliche. most of all, main actor 'Hwang jungmin' and 'Han hyejin'(she is wife of 'Ki sungryong' soccer player in swansea city AFC) acted so well. that makes this movie alive.

About loan shark. In korea, there is loan shark like him. First they treated like they are good lenders. after their guest loaned money, they turned as a loan shark. and sometime they assault to get a money. Among them, some of loan shark wanted kidney instead of money. Early in movie, he recommanded to her to sell her kidney.
actually it doesn't happen anymore in korea. but before ago, kidney selling was one of way to make big money under law.
