Plot

'killing Head of enemy is Your first and last mission.'

Because his father went north, 'Kang inchan' couldn't have opportunity to live like normal people. so he always drunk and fought everydays. one day, because of fought, he was arrested. then he was sentenced to death. but where he arrived is not death, but some port in Incheon. there are already some people like him, criminals. they are dead in papers, but they have new life as special force for killing head of enemy. they are practiced to be special force  in island, Silmido.

They don't know why and how they must be special force. then 'Kim jaehyun' comes out, and says 'killing Head of north korea is Your first and last mission'. They can't have name, department, and rank. they are just '684 demolition forces'. they just treat like animal. 

But one day, government change their policy which is reconciliation with north korea. so they doesn't have any purpose to live.

You may be surprised at it's nonfiction. In 23 aug, 1971, there was a shooting in middle of seoul. after shooting, they was killed by themsleves. Government said first it was because of enemy (It means North korea), but next day, they changed 'It was because of some special force of south korea'. after 30 years, it is found they are 'Special forces to attack head of enemy'. 

About background, in 21 jan 1968, special forces of north korea came in front of 'Chungwadae' to kill president of south korea. south korea government was surprised so much. and they made their special forces to revenge. that was 'Silmido special forces'. they trained during 3 months. when they was planing to attack, suddenly government canceled operation. so they were just training and training during 3 years more. in 1971, government had decision to reconciliation with north korea. so they decided to remove 'Silmido special forces'. because if it was known to north korea that they have spacial forces to attack, north korea was not going to have reconciliation with south korea. 'Silmido special forces' was thrown by government. and they made plan to attack government.

About relationship of south korea and north korea. you already saw about Korean war in 'Taegukgi'. after that we are in truce situation until now. so korea has always potential to war. until 1970, there were so many attack to each other with only special forces. 

About, actors. Ahn seonggi(Kim jaehyun in film) is one of best actor in korea. i think he is top of film star in korea. he acted in from small part to enormous part. most korean like him. because he didn't have any scandal at all. it is huge thing of him. he used to say he has very clear life. Seol kyeongu (kang inchan in movie). I think he is only one who compare with Song gangho. he can be any kind of parts. If you saw 'Public enemy', You will be totally fan of him.
