Plot

In june,1950, one family live in Jongro, seoul. 'Jintae' live with his fiance 'Youngsin', his little brother 'Jinsuk', and his mother. But it is not gonna long. Korean war starts in 25 june. so Seoul is surrounded by siren, screaming, and artillery sound. they decide to escape Seoul. but when they go into Train station, 'Jinsuk' is captured by soldiers. because he is over 18, he is in conscription. 'Jintae' who is going inside to protect his little brother goes together in war.

They didn't have time to training. they are just thrown to middle of war. when he meets battalion commander for his little brother, commander says about 'the korean medal of honor'. so he decides to be hero in war to save his little brother.because of 'Jintae', Military of south korea go up to defeat north korea. because of war, 'Jintae' is going to be hero, and 'Jinsuk' realize he must kill someone to protect himself.

The Korean war is real. but this story is fiction.

About Korean war, it was held in 25 june 1950. it is used to say because of invasion of north korea. it was tragedy in korean history. because they must have killed each other who were friends until war begin. First, South korea retrograded until 'Nakdonggang' close to Busan. then Incheon landing operation was success, South korea pushed until 'Ahprokgang' close to end of North korea. but military of china involved south korea went back to close to Seoul. and the war was end.

About Korean war movie. there is so many korean war these days. 'The front line' which Gosu, shin hagyun, lee jaehun are in. 'Into the fire' which 'Top', 'Cha seungwon' are in.

About actor. I have to say about actor in here. of course, Jangdonggun and Wonbin. they are most handsome actors in korea. You already saw him in my post, 'the man from nowhere'. and Jangdonggun. he is in middle age now. but when he debuted first, people used to say 'it is holly'. because he was too handsome. and most photographer says ' I can't take a picture exactly like him in real'. it means he is handsome more than picture or film.

Wonbin. I think if you let me choose one of most handsome man in korean actor, i will choose him. of course, you already see him in 'the man from nowhere'.
