Plot

There is a shooting in middle of Seoul. A special agent of south korea 'Hangyu' and dispatched agent from north korea 'Jiwon' met in there first. Because of that case, 'Hangyu' was fired, and 'Jiwon' was abandoned from north korea as a betrayer.

After 6 years, these two men encounter suddenly.

'Hangyu' knows him, but 'Jiwon' doesn't. they hide their identity, and work together. they think each other as a enemy, but over time, they understand each other as a friend and as a man.

One day, 'Jiwon' is ordered from north korea again. but he hesitate because of 'Hangyu'. and 'Hangyu' wants to stop him. so they must choice how to do.

About relationship with North and South. you already saw about a relationship in 'Taegukgi', 'Silmido'. but it is based on 50's and 70's. so you may not know about now. I am not sure but i think in south korea there are some secret agent from north korea. and also there are detecting team in south korea. so they still do some kind of spying thing. 

About 'Weohyeongjae'. it means brotherhood but not in blood. if some one feels so close to someone more than friends, they vow as a brotherhood. 

About 'Jesa'. in film, 'Hangyu' bow down in front of table with food. it is called 'Jesa'. it is korean traditional memorial. when first of January, and 15 of August in moon calender and day who was passed out, we do 'Jesa'. by the way, first day of January is 'Seolnal', and 15 of August is 'Chusuk'. it is huge traditional holidays of Korea. In 'Seolnal' mostly eat 'Ddeokguk'. it means with eating 'Ddeokguk', we eat 1year older. In 'Chusuk', we eat 'Songpyeon'. it looks like half moon. so it means 'we pray to our fathers, to be better future'.
