Plot

About background. this movie based on 1970's. at that time, President 'Park junghee' had real private barber. his barber really lived close to 'Blue house'. and at that time, spy from north was real accident. in 21 Jan 1968, 31 special agent in north korea went close to 'Blue house'(It is where president live. its roof color is blue, so we called it 'Blue house'). that agents were failed, but korean government was surprised. they didn't think it is possible to come very close to 'Blue house'( actually north korea agents came right behind mountain of 'Blue house'). so after that, it made all korean had ID number. before that, ID was only theory. so president 'Park junghee' had first ID '110101-100001'. it means he is first ID in korea.
