Plot
There is serial murder case occurred but failed to arrest. so President ordered investigation directly as a priority case. But most suspected one is dead, Police put last card. It is 'Making murderer'. They planed to make fake suspect and force to act to end this case.
The head of this case is 'Choi chulgi' who is ace of police. He can't always promote because he is not from Police university. But boss of him makes sure him promote if he arrest murderer. He takes this deal and he got into this case. but most suspected one is dead, so he asks his sponsor, 'Jang sukgu', to make fake murderer. 'Chulgi' made end this case completely.
On the other hand, a prosecutor, 'Juahng' sponsored by some rich, has so much anger to 'Chulgi' because 'Chulgi' arrest his sponsor with irregularity. so he chased his irregularity. at that time, he noticed there was some deal between 'Chulgi' and 'Sukgu' in investigating serial murder case. so he asks another deal to 'Chulgi'.

There is funny story about 'Ryu seungbum' debut. When 'Ryu seungwan' looked for thug for his movie, but he couldn't find anyone he liked. one day, he just went home and saw his brother. at that time he thought, 'wow, There is real bad thug exactly i thought in my house'. so 'Ryu seungbum' debuted.
